Mattie G (Coger) Cline

Mattie G.Cline,96,of Mitchell, died Saturday August 20 in Bend.A celebration of life and potluck  will be held on Saturday August 27 at noon at the Mitchell Community Hall. Pastor Carl Naas will officiate. Burial will be held at the Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Arkansas.

Mattie was born the daughter of Fred and Nora (Phillips) Coger on November 29, 1919 in Huntsville, Arkansas. She attended schools in Huntsville and on July 10, 1937 she was married to Howard W. Cline. She loved cooking for her family and friends and collecting dolls and swans.

She was preceded in death by her parents,4 brothers,2 sisters, a grandson and her husband. Survivors include a daughter and son in law Doris Evelyon (Joe) Fitzgerald of Mitchell. Sister Maggie Ross of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Grandchildren  including Dean, William, Debra and Howard Lee (Nancy) Fitzgerald of Mitchell . Four great grandchildren including Mark, Katie, Hiedi and Anthony. Six great great grandchildren including  Jasmine, Sade, Nick and Noah Michials and Shania and Colton Harder. Also bt several nieces and nephews.
