Dorothy Corene (Burnett) Brock-Faber, 83 of Prineville passed away Tuesday August 7, 2018 at her home.  There will be a viewing on Wednesday August 15, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Whispering Pines Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 PM at Juniper Haven Cemetery. Dorothy was born on May 18, 1935 to Demmet and Pearl (Lambert) Burnett in Pittsburg, Oklahoma. She attended school in Pittsburg, Oklahoma.

Dorothy married Hubert Brock on September 20, 1956. They had three boys Michael, Robert, and David. Michael (deceased) has a daughter named Brandy and a son named Dusty. David has two boys named Steven and Bradley. Robert is single and has no kids.

She later met and married Leslie Faber on July 5, 1978 in Reno, Nevada. He has four children; Jim from Carrollton, Texas, Buffie from Honolulu, Hawaii, John (deceased) and Janie from Hillsboro, Oregon.

Dorothy liked to crochet, make quilts and to garden. She also liked to hunt. She worked in a lumber mill for 15 years at Burnett Box and for 25 years at American Pine/Wood Grain.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two husbands; Hubert Brock and Leslie Faber, a son; Michael Brock, a step-son; John Faber and four sisters; Virginia, May, Susie and Bonnie

Dorothy is survived by her two sons; Robert Brock and David Brock, and three step children; Jim Faber,  Buffie Faber, Janie Faber, seven grandchildren; Brandy(Robert), Dusty(Angel), Steven(Megan), Bradley and three step grandchild Nicole, Michelle, Grant Michael, great grandchildren; Mia, Brooklynn, Hadley and numerous extended family and friends.
