Vickie Marie (Jensen) Pobanz

Vickie Marie (Jensen) Pobanz, 59, of Prineville passed away on Thursday August 22, 2019 with her family beside her.  There will be a service on Friday August 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Whispering Pines Funeral Home (3168 NE 3^rd Street) with a burial to follow at Juniper Haven Cemetery (1555 N. Vickie was born on May 7, 1960 to Jerry and Billie (Stephens) Jensen in Albany, Oregon.  Vickie attended Crook County High School graduating in 1978. She was a homemaker and daycare provider in her working years.

She enjoyed dancing, ceramics, bingo, photography, traveling, cooking, and being with friends and family.  Vickie was very involved in her kids and grandkids lives.  She had a passion for helping others.  If anyone needed help she would find a way to help them.

Vickie was preceded in death by her mother Billie Jensen, her grandparents; Philip and Lake Jensen, William and Laura Stephens, and one of her very close friends, Stephanie Pedro.

She is survived by her daughters; Amber Bond of Prineville, Heidi (Saul) Jacuinde of Prineville, Jessica (Gerardo) Villalobos of Redmond, her son; Antonio Cornelio of Redmond, dad; Jerry (Judy) Jensen of Graham, WA, sister; Tamara (Ricardo) Cornelio of Prineville, brother; Rodney Jensen, nephews; Jeremy, Daisy Jensen of Prineville, Daniel and Jessica Cornelio of Prineville, nieces; Kayla Jensen, Jordan Jensen of Washington, 13 grandchildren and numerous close friends.
