Cynthia “Cindy” Lorraine Hadduck passed away on March 18, 2026. She was born March 20, 1956 to Rev. James Sr. and Mae (Garrett) Wilson in San Bernadino, CA. She was the fifth of six children that included Jerry, Janice, Linda, Karen and James Jr. (Jupe).
Cindy spent her childhood years in southern California and Bend, Oregon. She graduated from Bend High School in 1974. After high school, Cindy attended West Coast Bible College in Fresno, California where she met and fell in love with Randy Hadduck. They were married on July 5, 1975 and made their home in Prineville, Oregon.
Cindy was an incredible homemaker who raised three children and was a full-time grandma to her two grandchildren. In her spare time, she utilized her beautiful singing voice and her love of music in many different ways. She was a member and director of the Central Oregon chapter of Sweet Adelines International for many years. Cindy will be remembered for her kind heart, love and dedication to her family.
Cindy leaves behind her husband of over 50 years, Randy Hadduck, Sr., her children Melissa Noël (Todd) Shields of Temple, Texas, Randy Hadduck, Jr. of Prineville and Morgan Blackwood of Beaverton, Oregon, her grandchildren Elyce Shields of Prineville and Tyler (Joy) Shields of Temple, Texas.
She is also survived by her brother Jerry (Kathy) Carpenter of Bend, sister Linda (Norman) Moore of Prineville, brother-in-law Bob “Skip” (Crystal) Hadduck of Pahrump, Nevada, sister-in-law Grace Wilson of Pahrump, Nevada and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. James Sr. and Mae Wilson, her sisters Karen Sittser, Janice Crabtree and brother James Jr. (Jupe) Wilson.
A memorial service will be held at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Prineville on Friday, March 27 at 11 am.
