Dorothy Virginia Wills

Dorothy Virginia Wills, 92, of Prineville, passed away September 23, 2022.  The family is working on services to be announced at a later date.  

Dorothy was born in Battle Ground, Washington to Henry and Viola Sproul.  She graduated from Battle Ground High School in 1947 and had training in Shorthand and Typing.  She was a secretary for the Oregon State Highway Department for 30+ years and for Lopez School District of Lopez Washington for 5 years before retiring.

Dorothy married the love of her life, Bob Wills on August 20, 1971.  Dorothy enjoyed Painting, Sewing, Bowling, Horseback riding and roller-skating.  She loved the outdoors where she enjoyed Hunting and Camping.

Dorothy was a member of the local Grange in Oregon and Washington and the Ladies of the Elks in Prineville.  She was also a member of the Maverick Horseback riding club of La Grande, Oregon.  Dorothy was good at everything she did.

Dorothy Virginia Wills is survived by Ed Sproul (Brother), Marsha Webster (Daughter), Dorothy Ann Glavin (Daughter), Mike Lewis (Son), Bobbie Kleng (Daughter), Robert Tom Wills (Stepson) and Jennifer Gilette (Stepdaughter)

She is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Viola Sproul, Husband Bob Wills, her sisters, brothers, son, grandson, and great grad-daughter.

Dorothy Virginia Wills is loved and will be missed and never forgotten.
