was a concrete worker and took pride in all the projects he completed and was truly gifted. He was a
die hard Dallas Cowboys fan and would take all the “ribbing” in stride. He spent a lot of time with
friends and family and always loved having his favorite meal of Pasta and Meatballs. His love of life
was contagious and he left his mark with everyone he encountered and was always the first to lend a
helping hand to anyone in need.
For the later part of his life he spent in Oregon where he met many new friends which he called his
family. He truly loved life to the fullest and although he missed his family in the East, he loved his
family in the West equally. He enjoyed going to rock concerts, sitting by an open fire and talking and
tossing a few back. Everyone who knew Eric always said how much he was trusted and loved by them.
