Eric Craig Mirucki 59, Passed away suddenly at his home in Oregon due to complications from
Covid/Flu on Dec 24,2022. He is preceded in death by his Mother Janet Gendreau and Father Richard
Mirucki.
Eric is survived by his Daughter Heather Ann Mirucki and Grandchildren Alexis, Chase, Isabel, and
Juliana, Sisters Kathleen Ferland, Tina Mckenna, Stacy Willett, Geraldine Mirucki, Sara Mirucki,
Lorraine Saldana, Susan Fanelli, Pamela Priviti and Teresa Knox. Also brothers from other mothers
Scott Mckenna and Timothy Burke, Step mother Roberta Nye, Many nieces and nephews who he
adored and would always keep a special place in his heart for "princess".
Eric's early part of life was spent in Connecticut where he was given his nickname “Crazy Eddie” he
was a concrete worker and took pride in all the projects he completed and was truly gifted. He was a
die hard Dallas Cowboys fan and would take all the “ribbing” in stride. He spent a lot of time with
friends and family and always loved having his favorite meal of Pasta and Meatballs. His love of life
was contagious and he left his mark with everyone he encountered and was always the first to lend a
helping hand to anyone in need.
For the later part of his life he spent in Oregon where he met many new friends which he called his
family. He truly loved life to the fullest and although he missed his family in the East, he loved his
family in the West equally. He enjoyed going to rock concerts, sitting by an open fire and talking and
tossing a few back. Everyone who knew Eric always said how much he was trusted and loved by them.
He will be gravely missed by all. “I’ll see you someday, not Sunday, but someday”
A Celebration of life was held by the East Coast Family on January 27, 2023 which was Eric's birthday.
The family would like to thank all of you who came out to honor and remember Eric. A Celebration of
life is not scheduled yet for his West Coast Family in Oregon, Date to be determined.
