Obituary

Garry Lee Yeager, 71, of Prineville, Oregon passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at his home in Prineville.

Garry Yeager was born on December 29, 1950 in Prineville, Oregon to David and Barbara Yeager. They then moved to Sandy, Oregon where Garry graduated from Sandy High School in 1969.  After graduation Garry joined the Marine Corps from 1970 – 1974 where he gained the rank of Lance Corporal.  After the military Garry married the love of his life, Lesa Wallace in 1975.  Garry began working at Portland General Electric in 1976 and retired 40 years later.

Garry loved to ride horses, car shows, hunting and fishing, but most of all he loved his family.

Garry is survived by his wife Lesa Yeager, Son Jeremy Yeager, Daughter Mellissa (Dustin) Schroeder, and Grandchildren Aden, Brody, and Cole.

Garry is preceded in death by his parents David and Barbara Yeager.

There will be memorial service on November 21, 2022 at Living Word Fellowship, 12700 SE Orient Drive, Boring, Oregon 97609 at 2:00 pm.
