James "Jim" Howard Nichol

James H. Nichol born on August 10, 1954 passed from this earth on Friday July 13, 2018 at his home in Prineville.  James was a loving husband to his wife Patricia A. Nichol, a wonderful father to six children, and an adored grandfather to twenty-two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

James, or Jim as most knew him, started his career as a journeyman electrician at Tektronix right out of high school and later for Maxim Integrated and retired last August from ON Semiconductor.

Jim loved spending time with his family, fishing, camping and taking care of his dogs. 

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a future date.
