Kenneth Lee Grantham, 66, of Prineville passed away of natural causes on Friday November 17, 2017.

Ken was born on July 31, 1951 in Eugene to Joseph and RosaLee (Standeford) Grantham.  He graduated from Springfield High School in 1969, then completed training and education to become a licensed surveyor.  He worked for Deschutes County for 26 years.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents.

Ken is survived by his two sons; Jeff and Kyle of Eugene, a brother; Dave (Lyn) of Ozark, AL and a sister; Carol (Ed) Smith of Turner.

Ken loved spending time in nature. Riding his Harley Davidson was an all-time favorite, as well as camping, fishing and exploring the outdoors.

Ken will be remembered by his family and friends for his innate sense of humor and quick wit.  He had a kind heart and loving spirit.  There will be a celebration of life in Eugene and Bend at a later date.
