Linda Mardell (Thomas) Gan

Linda Mardell Gan (Thomas) passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on February 17, 2023.

Linda was born September 26, 1950 to Benjamin and Mardell Thomas in Bend Oregon.  She was 1 of 6 children.  Linda attended school and spent the majority of her life in Prineville.  As a young woman Linda married Robert "Gary" Nevel.  They had 2 children, Robert "Gary" Nevel Jr. and Renissha Bilodeau (Nevel).  Later in life she married Jerry Gan.

Linda was kind, compassionate, Reliable, and Loyal to her family and friends.  She She enjoyed spending time around the ones she loved especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren; Linda loved God, playing board games, reading and of course Elvis Presley!  Her most important thing was: taking care of her loved ones.

She worked as a caregiver, cashier and loved volunteering at the "Oasis" soup kitchen when it was open.

Linda is preceded  in death by: her parents Benjamin and Mardell Thomas, her brothers Danny, Tommy and Benny, her sisters Suzie and Teresa and her husband Jerry Gan.

Linda is survived by: her children Robert Nevel Jr and Renissha Bilodeau (Nevel), her grandchildren Tiffannie Bray and Tia Thiel, her great grandchildren Bailee Ray, Micah Knox and Lainee Heggie.

There will be a small Private graveside service for close family on February 27, 2023.
