Michelle Regina Rooks Seay. Died May 20th 2023 in Prineville Oregon at the age of 46. Michelle was Born November 5th 1976 in Visalia California. Michelle Loved side-by-side riding with her Daughter-in-law, Jasmine Harding and her grandbabies Alijah and Rosslyn. Michelle was to be wed to John Seay in which they together loved Elk hunting. Michelle has joined her grandparents, and sister Casey. Michelle left Son Allen Smith age 25. Celebration of life service will be June 10th 2023 at 11AM. Located at 5195 SW Clubhouse Rd, Crooked River Ranch 97760. Open for Friends and family to attend.
