Patsey Fabian Obituary

Patsey L. Fabian, age 69, of Prineville, Oregon passed away on April 11, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Patsey was born on September 25, 1950 in Abilene, Texas to Andrew (Jack) and Allie (Lorine) Phillips. She was a housewife (domestic engineer) most of her life. Patsey enjoyed playing family games, vacationing and spending time with all her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed the ocean, camping, hosting BBQs and sewing. Patsey loved her dogs and the companionship they brought to her. They gave her much comfort.

She is survived by her daughter, Bridget Ann Savage; son, Jon (Shelley) Jackson; grandchildren: Michael, Terri, Britney, Breanna, Janelle, Tyvyn and Keagyn; brother, Roy (Anita) Phillips; sister, Reba Wick; nieces and nephews: Tim and Collen Phillips, Anita and Mark Rhoden, Matt Phillips, Paula and Charlie Brown, Glen and Becky Wick, Joy and Harold Tucker. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Patsey was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph F. Fabian; parents, Andrew and Allie Phillips; brothers, Jackie Evans and Carl Edwards Phillips; and sisters, Helen Hammon and her husband, Carl, and Joyce Ann Price and her husband DK.
