Quinda Ann (Tinder) Minugh of Prineville, Oregon passed away on November 29, 2020 at her home. Quinda was born on March 24, 1954 at Fort Smith, Arkansas. She loved horseback riding, camping, hunting and of course being with her family. Quinda is survived by her husband Avon Minugh, her sons Cedar Ortega, Lance Ortega, step sons, Shawn Minugh and Shane Minugh. There are no services planned at this time.
