Rick was born in Portland , OR to Robert and Doris Meyer on May 6th, 1948

He grew up in California and graduated from Mira Costa High School in 1966

The family moved back to Oregon when he was 18

He went to Mt Hood Community College and graduated with an associate degree

He joined the Air Force and was stationed in Nebraska, after that he moved back to Portland and worked for Boeing of Portland for over 40 years.

He liked to Hunt, fish and go camping.

Rick is survived by his wife, Darlene of 49 years, his daughter Stephanie Kime, grandsons Zachary and Gabriel Kime , sister Donna Heyman and his niece and nephews
