William "Billy" Wayne Byrd, 69, of Prineville passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020. There will be no public services at this time. Billy (with his twin brother Bobby) was born on June 8, 1950 in Albany, California to Ollie Evans and Olga Claire (Cresenti) Byrd. He attended school in California and graduated from Mt. Diablo High School in 1968. Billy was a roller operator on a paving crew during his working years.

Billy loved music, fishing and traveling to Cabo San Lucas. He loved life and had a great sence of humor. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.

Billy is survived by his brother Bobby, his sister Janie, his niece Julie, grand nieces; Natalya and Jasmin, aunt Janet Shores and cousin Jim Lee.
